This class is a fundraiser with 50% of proceeds benefiting Project HEAL. Donations can be made on a sliding scale with a $15 minimum. Suggested donation: $30. Free eating disorder recovery stickers and resource/information handouts will be provided to all participants who would like them. Please bring your own mat to the event and any desired props that you would like. We encourage you to bring your own pillows and blankets (journal, favorite crystal, or anything else to make you feel extra cozy) for the sound healing portion of the event.
